Tagline (optional)
Country code for map bias (optional)
Helps the map find the right address when there are duplicates in other countries.
Personnel on apparatus
When ON, each unit has seat positions to staff with crew names. When OFF, the roster shows units only — no individual crew management.
Box alarm levels
How many alarm levels to cycle through (1st Alarm → 2nd → etc).
Default incident type
Pre-selects an incident type when starting new incidents. "Always ask" shows the picker each time.
Default tab on startup
Which tab is shown when the incident screen loads.
Enable map geocoding
When ON, the incident address is sent to OpenStreetMap (and Photon as a backup) to load the map. Turn OFF if your department cannot share address data with third-party services.
EV tab tactical notes
When ON, the EV tab (MVA) shows short tactical notes from FSRI EV fire research and NHTSA: the battery-involved notes, special situations and the cut and crush warning. Turn OFF if your department uses its own EV guidance. The checklists and records stay either way.
Roster name display
How personnel names appear on the roster and picker. Names are always stored exactly as entered/imported — this only changes the display and order.
Auto-start timer
When ON, the incident timer starts automatically on your first action (benchmark, LCAN report, dispatch). When OFF, you must start it manually.
Prompt for location on interior assignment
When ON, dragging a unit into an interior assignment (Fire Attack, Search, RIT, Ventilation) immediately asks for its location — best for accountability. When OFF, the unit is assigned without interrupting; unplaced interior units show an amber Set location flag so you can set it later with the location button once things slow down.
Dispatch starts the incident timer
When ON, dispatching your first unit starts the incident timer. When OFF, dispatch won't start the clock — so you can stage units on the tactical board first. The timer still auto-starts on a tactical assignment, a benchmark, an LCAN, or PAR. (Requires Auto-start timer to be ON.)
PAR reminder interval
Default time between PAR accountability checks.
MAYDAY report format
Which capture format the MAYDAY tab deploys.
Strategy modes
Customize the modes the IC badge cycles through. One per line.
SCBA air management
Air-time chip thresholds (minutes on air). The chip turns amber and then red at these times; the bottle time is for reference.

LCAN report chips
Customize the quick-tap options for the C, A, and N categories. One per line. (L · Location uses the structured floor/side picker — not customizable here.)

Air Monitoring Action Levels
Colour thresholds for the Air & Entry gas readout. Match these to your meters' alarm setpoints. Defaults: O2 19.5–23.5% & LEL 10% (OSHA 1910.146); CO 35/200 ppm & H2S 10 ppm (NIOSH).
Appearance
Choose the look of the app. Auto matches the device — iPhone-style on iPhones, Android-style on Android phones.
Ranks
Rank abbreviations used in apparatus seats (e.g., BC, CAPT, LT, FF, MEDIC)
Stations
For multi-station departments. Add your stations here, then assign each apparatus to a station. Leave empty if you're a single-station department.
Step 1 of 5
Edit Benchmarks
Group benchmarks into categories. Each can be standard, amber (caution), or red (critical).
